Pillow Talk.

Seriously, this is in my top 3 favorite movies of all time. I don't know why, but growing up Doris Day has always been one of favorite people. She's definitely a role model of mine. Her movies are classics in my family's home. I have my parents to thank for my love of her. Anyway, this movie now does even more for me because she plays an interior designer and so now I feel like we're soul sisters.

Getting to the point.

I actually wanted to really TALK about PILLOWS.
I've been sleeping SO CRAPPILY (yes) lately, and I think I have my pillow to blame. I get the cheap-o's from Target and they're usually really awesome.... for about 2 months, and then they go down hill. AND FAST. So here's the deal. I'm willing to invest, so long as the thing doesn't flatten out on me (insert note: I HATE DOWN PILLOWS). And here's the predicament. Maybe I should talk to a professional, because I'm an 'in-between' sleeper. I don't sleep on my side, stomach, or back. I sleep on my stomach with a slight twist upward, or practically on my back with a slight lean to the side. Really complicated, I know. So I don't know what pillow is for me! AHHH. Help.

PS. If you haven't seen Pillow Talk, do it. NOW.

i feel like i wrote this post. i have had the same problem lately (well always, but thinking about it a lot lately). I sleep the same way you do, and i think i am getting headaches because my neck is not comfortable on my awful pillow. if you figure this out, will you share?? :) good luck!!

I totally understand the in-between thing. That's how I've been sleeping lately with this belly in the way. Can't recommend a pillow, though. I buy the cheap ones too. I did use my little sister's asthma pillow a long time ago. Never went flat, but it was kinda hard.

Hmmm, I guess I know what movie I'm renting next!

I sleep on my side and stomach and sometimes inbetween. I bought these pillows about a year and a half ago and still love them!

I really like mine! It's a memory foam one and I bought it at Costco like two or three years ago. It still works great! I hope you find a good!

I love that movie! So hilarious. Your description of sleep positions sound like me except I sleep best with this little squashy square down alternative pillow that I can plump up or squish down as I desire. I bought 3 of them at Walmart when I was pregnant so I could position them where I needed and now I can't do without them. Costco has good quality good price pillow-wise too. Good luck! Like the new header - what a coincidence, or kismet :)

I got my pillow at Costco and I love it! I don't remember what kind it is, or the brand or anything though....and I know that is not very helpful at all! lol. But go take a look at Costco and see whats there! They might have one that you love!
