Compost Pail

As you may know, I look forward to growing luscious gardens someday (when I have a yard to garden in of course).. and plan on doing some container gardening when we get back from this lengthy stay. And when I do, I plan on doing my part and making my own compost for the lovely plants. Especially since we use SO much produce, I feel as if all the scraps are going to waste! Anyway, this bamboo composting pail would be very helpful in achieving such results.

I can't wait!

Enchanting

When Andrew and I were venturing through Encinitas, we happened upon this MAGICAL home. Mostly so because of the neatly kept (& originally designed) trees adorning either side of the front door. It was love at first sight for me, and Andrew was mezmorized as well. (:

Stunning right!? I would LOVE to do one of these!

These planters from Obleeek, are so rad! I definitely want to litter my home with them someday. Not only perfect for plants (you can have a drain hole or not), but for all SORTS of accessories. My mind's whirling with all the possibilities! (:

Containers

I wish these over-sized containers were made in smaller sizes, at a lesser price.
They're EXACTLY what I'd love to garden in this season. :)

Next year..

..Hopefully I'll get around to you my garden..

..And ideally you'll look something like this. Can't wait to have you as well as a composter. Life will be grand when I don't have to buy soo much produce every week!

ASPIRATIONS

CALL ME OLD FASHIONED, BUT I'VE FOUND A NEW DESIRE IN MY HEART RECENTLY. I CANNOT WAIT FOR THE DAY THAT WE OWN A HOME, SO THAT I CAN GARDEN!! I ASPIRE TO BE A WONDERFUL GARDENER. I KNOW THEY'RE A LOT OF WORK, BUT I FEEL LIKE IT WILL BE SOMETHING I'LL ENJOY. I MOSTLY WOULD LIKE TO HAVE A FEW RAISED VEGGIE GARDENS SINCE THAT'S USUALLY MORE THAN HALF OF MY GROCERY LIST EVERY WEEK! BUT I'D LOVE A SMALL GROVE OF ALL KINDS OF FRUIT TREES & FLOWERS SURROUNDING MY HOUSE.

or something fabulous like this!!

MY MOTHER ALWAYS SEEMED TO HAVE A ROTTEN THUMB, BUT I THINK MY LITTLE NUBB WILL HAVE THE PERFECT TOUCH. HAHA. I'VE NEVER LIKED HOME & GARDEN MAGAZINES, BUT AS OF LATE I LOVE LOOKING THROUGH THEM, THEY FILL MY MIND WITH TONS OF WONDERFUL IDEAS!

ANYWAY.. I FIGURE I'LL JUST READ UP ON GARDENS & WATCH THE SHOWS SO THAT I'LL BE TOTALLY PREPARED A COUPLE YEARS FROM NOW. :)
